Objective – To provide the customer of WonXon.com, details of the shipping process & guidelines followed by the brand, to ensure transparency in the process and set expectations.
Scope - Shipping of WonXon products within India or Globally through third-party logistics companies contracted by or identified by WonXon.com
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Forward shipping of WonXon products within India is free of charge unless so specified.
- Reverse shipping in case of returns or exchange of products is free of charge unless specified or mutually decided between the company and the customer.
- Shipping fee may apply to forward or reverse orders in case of returns/ exchange action done more than once, on case to case basis, at the discretion of the company.
- WonXon products are made on order and it takes 7 to 10 working days to dispatch & deliver the products.
- WonXon has contracted some of the best third-party Logistics partners with a presence in India and abroad for reliable & safe shipping. While we focus on timely delivery, however contingency situations like floods, pandemics, lockdowns and other operational issues faced by delivery companies can at times impact delivery timelines.
- WonXon shares tracking information via email hence customers are advised to share email ids for the same.
International Shipping
- WonXon Ships to customers across the Globe.
- WonXon does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- International Shipping is FREE OF COST.
- International orders are pre-paid and cannot be cancelled.
- WonXon products are made on order, where min. order – 50 pieces (B2B) and customers are advised to choose the product size in consultation with the WonXon design team.
- As WonXon products are made on order it takes 45 days to ship to international locations.
- WonXon has contracted some of the best third-party Logistics partners with a presence in India and abroad for reliable & safe shipping. While we focus on timely delivery, however contingency situations like floods, pandemics, lockdowns and other operational issues faced by delivery companies can at times impact the timelines.
- WonXon shares tracking information via email hence customers are advised to share email ids for the same.
- Our delivery partners will be authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
